We Proudly Offer:

Qualified health workers: All Community Health Workers (CHWs) have graduated from a provincially-recognized Health Care Assistant program and are registered on the BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker Registry.

Multiple languages: In addition to English, we provide services in Chinese, Punjabi and other languages.

Training and development: Our nursing team regularly observes and updates our CHWs’ skills to ensure that they are prepared to respond to the most complex individual needs while providing the highest quality care. To meet the specific needs of our persons-served and their families, we provide our CHWs with specialized training in areas such palliative and dementia care, falls prevention, and medication management. 

24/7 support: Our Home Care Supervisors are available by telephone 7 days a week, including holidays: 24-hour assistance is only a phone call away for CHWs, persons-served and their family members should they need it. 

Safe and fully accredited: We have been accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) since 2006. We are also WorkSafeBC COR certified.
